Urgent Same-Day Appointment
Medical Arts is proud to now offer same‑day appointments for urgent concerns to patients during our after‑hours evening clinic. This clinic is currently offered regularly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings, and will also be available on select Saturdays. The best way to make an appointment for this clinic is to use our online portal (link below). If you are unsure how to use the portal, please contact our office at 905‑777‑9779 to book your appointment directly. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or serious symptoms such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, or signs of stroke, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department instead of attending the clinic.
At all other times when our office is closed and the after‑hours clinic is not available, urgent medical concerns will be managed through our on‑call service. For problems that cannot safely wait until regular office hours, please call our main office number and follow the instructions to reach the on‑call clinician. This service is for urgent issues only and is not intended for routine prescription renewals, forms, or non-urgent questions.
